چکیده

This work was aim to evaluate the pathogenicity and level of aggressiveness ten strains Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. elaeidis (Foe) on palm oil seedlings susceptible vascular wilt. For this purpose, radial growth, sporulation morphological characteristics Foe from farm Cameroon Development Corporation (South-west) were studied in vitro. In addition, 500 wilt aged 5 months distributed a randomized complete block device, inoculated with said strains. External symptoms observed those correlation between these parameters also investigated. The data collected prenursery did not establish significant difference isolates. However, regarding pathogenicity, 7 have shown high pathogenicity. As for strain F presented fastest growth 8.12 cm diameter, unlike strainI whose lowest is 3.98 diameter. C one that abundantly sporulated126,5x105spores/ml; however, isolates B J do sporulate. No detected different parameters. But, considering results obtained, I could be most aggressive can potentially used test timber yard specialized Centre research La DIBAMBA select resistant

Biochemical characterization of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense isolates from India

The Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxyspoum f. sp. cubense (Foc) is a major biotic constraint for banana production. The characteristics of F. oxyspoum f. sp. cubense isolates were investigated using electrophoretic studies of isozyme and whole-cell protein. The morphological characteristics of the isolates were very similar to each other. All the Foc isolates were pathogenic to banana cultiv...

Antagonistic Effect of Nonpathogenic Fusarium oxysporum Fo47 and Pseudobactin 358 upon Pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. dianthi.

Pseudobactin production by Pseudomonas putida WCS358 significantly improves biological control of fusarium wilt caused by nonpathogenic Fusarium oxysporum Fo47b10 (P. Lemanceau, P. A. H. M. Bakker, W. J. de Kogel, C. Alabouvette, and B. Schippers, Appl. Environ. Microbiol. 58:2978-2982, 1992). The antagonistic effect of Fo47b10 and purified pseudobactin 358 was studied by using an in vitro bioa...

Co-infection of Wilt-Resistant Chickpeas by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceri and Meloidogyne javanica.

Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceri and Meloidogyne javanica are important pathogens of chickpea. Interrelationships between Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceri and M. javanica were investigated on 53 Fusarium wilt-resistant chickpea genotypes in pot experiments. All of the genotypes were susceptible to M. javanica. Fusarium wilt resistance in one genotype (ICC 12275) was ineffective in the presence ...
